Our Commitment to Child Safety

Momento Video Alarm is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero-Tolerance Policy: We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, transmission, sharing, storage, solicitation, promotion, or distribution of any content that exploits, endangers, or depicts the sexual abuse of minors.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Users may not use Momento Video Alarm to:

  • Upload, send, store, or distribute CSAM.
  • Groom, exploit, manipulate, or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
  • Encourage, facilitate, or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Share sexually explicit images or videos involving minors.
  • Request, seek, advertise, trade, or distribute CSAM.
  • Use the platform to communicate with minors for illegal sexual purposes.
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation, safety systems, or law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation.

Content may violate this policy regardless of whether it is created by the user, obtained from another source, generated by artificial intelligence, edited, altered, or otherwise modified.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, abuse, grooming, or CSAM, please report it immediately.

Reports should include, when available:

  • A description of the concern.
  • The username(s) involved.
  • Relevant dates or timestamps.
  • Any additional information that may assist our investigation.

Users should not redistribute, forward, download, or otherwise share suspected CSAM when making a report.

Enforcement Actions

When we become aware of potential violations of this policy, we may:

  • Remove content immediately.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
  • Restrict access to the platform.
  • Preserve relevant information as required by law.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
  • Report suspected CSAM or child exploitation activity to appropriate authorities.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Momento Video Alarm reserves the right to cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.

Where required by applicable law, we may preserve account information, metadata, and other relevant records for investigative purposes.

Safety Measures

To help protect users and maintain a safe platform, Momento Video Alarm may employ a combination of:

  • User reporting mechanisms.
  • Content moderation processes.
  • Account review procedures.
  • Automated or manual safety reviews.
  • Enforcement tools designed to identify and remove prohibited content.

Age Requirements

Momento Video Alarm is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by local law.

Users who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement may not create or use an account.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child below the minimum age requirement, we may remove the account and associated content.
